Fees

Traffic Lawyers

Generally, fees reflect the time spent by lawyers on your matter.

Hourly rates are based on seniority and expertise and are competitive within the marketplace.

Law Society rules also allow for other factors to be taken into account such as urgency, complexity and location of the matter, which may have a bearing on the overall cost. You will be informed of any additional factors affecting your bill and the hourly rates of individuals working on your behalf, as and when they become involved.

We can advise you at any stage of the costs incurred. If appropriate, a ceiling can be agreed beyond which we will not proceed without reference to you. Rates are reviewed on 1st May in each year. New rates will only apply to work undertaken after the review date. If your Client consists of more than one person, each person is responsible individually as well as collectively for the whole of our fees.
